2. Consultation Guarantee
If your service page states that a consultation is covered by a 100% refund guarantee, this applies after your first session.
You may request a refund if:
You feel the service was not for you
You do not wish to continue the process
Refunds are issued with no pressure and no questions beyond confirming your booking details.
3. Services Without a Refund Guarantee
For services not covered by a guarantee, refunds may be issued if:
A consultation cannot be completed due to our availability
A booking error occurs
We mutually agree that the service is not suitable
4. Strategy Reports & Completed Work
Once a Strategy Report, layout, or custom work has been delivered, refunds are not automatic, as the work is personalised and cannot be reused.
However, if you believe something was incorrect or incomplete, contact us and we will review the case and ensure a fair resolution.
5. How to Request a Refund
Email us with your name, booking email, and the service purchased.
We respond within 48 hours.
Refunds are processed back to your original payment method.
